Click on Administration on the top left side of your screen.

Planzone settings

1 Here you can change the name of your Planzone.

2 Browse a Logo for your Planzone. Click on "Clear the image" to delete former logos and upload a new one. The Planzone(TM) logo is the default logo.

3 Enter a description of your Planzone. The description will appear in the public Planzone Directory if you have checked the box under the description field or if you have a free Planzone.

4 Uncheck the box if you do not want to display any information about your Planzone. However, this is only possible if you have a paying subscription plan.

5 Set the default weekly calendar for your Planzone, e.g. 5 days per week (Mon-Fri) or 6 days per week (Mon-Sat). Click on the drop-down list and customize your calendar.

6 Set your holiday calendar - click on the drop-down list and choose one of the proposed countries.

7 Set your default role for invitees. Click on the drop-down list and choose one of the 2 roles, either member or administrator.

8 Click on the drop-down list to customize your default project visibility for non-team members.
