Click on Directory and select the "Planzone members" view.

1 Here you can see all members of the Planzone, their availability, to how many projects they are assigned to and who manages a project. Administrators have a green checkmark. A timeline grid on the right displays a member's availability.

2 ONLY for project managers: Click on the watch icon to access the timesheet of the team member.

3 You can scroll in the time window by clicking on "Today" or using the arrow buttons. You can customize the view scale by choosing "View by 1 to 12 months". You can also zoom in by clicking on a month name (e.g. "Jan"). If the current scale is "6 months", with the single arrow head you can move to the following and previous months, and with the two arrow heads you move 6 months ahead or back.
