Assignments are tasks that have to be complete. Within a Planzone we have two different assignments: “Activity assignments” and “To-do assignments”. 

Activity assignments can only be done by project managers who are estimating (in the planning phase) the needed working hours and resources (human and/or other) to better calculate the project duration. Furthermore the project manager can not only allocate activities, but also the time attached to them.

To-do assignments can be done by any team member to enhance the team work and collaboration within the project team.
